This renovation of a family home in North London is currently on site, due for completion early 2024.

Working closely together with our photographer client, we are instilling a coherent and recognisable material palette throughout the home. This will eschew opulence, instead embracing a sense of material honesty and craftsmanship.

The main living spaces will be renovated to bring a warmer, more natural feel to the property. Pieces of bespoke, custom designed furniture will then be inserted to further elevate the spaces.

As well as a full family bathroom renovation, a new master suite will be created on the top floor. This room plays with a permeable and often fluid delineation of space. Instead of a series of hard, uncompromising internal divides, zones are demarcated with fabric curtains, pieces of furniture and material juxtaposition, allowing natural light to flood across the whole floor. This approach fosters the feeling of a large and luxurious space, while still enabling different and distinct zones.
